Wescom Reports Increase in Member Experience Score, Signature Membership

Members Reaffirm Wescom Member Service

Despite the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Wescom has remained committed to serving our members when they need it the most – from keeping our branches open, offering financial assistance, and extending our phone and chat hours. Our continuous efforts to providing valuable member service was confirmed by our members’ rating of 84.47% percent on the Member Experience Score as of October 2020, based on an average of six categories reflecting the member’s experience with us.

Similarly, we saw a growth in the overall number of Signature Members – a program designed to reward members who turn to us for their financial needs. As challenging as this year has been, we continued to offer our members services that really make a difference in their lives, such as mortgages, Home Equity Lines of Credit, credit cards, and Wescom Financial Services accounts. As of October 2020, more than 65% of Wescom members are either Signature or Platinum Signature Members. Plus, we’re making changes to Signature Membership for 2021 to help members continue enjoying the benefits that come with it. Typically, your Signature Score resets each year on January 1 to reflect your current Signature Relationships as of that date – but this hasn’t been a typical year. So we’re not resetting Signature Scores, which means that any Signature Relationships you earned in 2020 will carry over to 2021. It’s just one of the ways we’re helping our members during these unprecedented times.

Although the road ahead may seem uncertain, what remains consistent is our dedication to serving our members and building better lives in Southern California.
