Wescom Offers an Alternate Way to Pay Your Credit Card | Wescom Credit Union

As much as we'd like to be the only one, we know that you may have accounts with other financial institutions. Now, members can schedule a Wescom credit card payment directly from another financial institution. It's just another way we're making your everyday banking easier.

To use this option, you have to set up your other financial institution for ACH transfers in Online Banking if you haven't already. Here's how:

  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Select Transfers from the main menu, OR Quick Transfers from the quick view Dashboard, OR select “PAY NOW” next to the credit card information on the Dashboard.
  3. In the From drop down, select the other financial institution where the funds will be withdrawn from.
  4. In the To drop down, select the credit card that you want to pay and provide the Amount. The Request Date, will default to the current date and can be changed as needed. Select Submit.
  5. The you'll see the transfer confirmation screen, which lists the From and To accounts, the Amount, and the expected deposit date. Select Confirm to schedule the payment.

Follow these steps if you haven't already set up your other financial institution for ACH transfers in Online Banking:

  1. Login to Online Banking.
  2. Select Transfers from the main menu, OR Quick Transfers from the quick view Dashboard, OR select “PAY NOW” next to the credit card information on the Dashboard.
  3. Select Add Institution on the screen and follow the steps.

Payments typically post three business days after the payment request date.
