Recognizing that many Southern Californians still face food insecurity and struggle to meet their basic needs, the Wescom Foundation is hosting a holiday donation drive to support the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank Orange County, and Feeding America Riverside San Bernardino, and Food Share of Ventura County.
To help put food on the tables of those in need, especially during the holidays, Wescom members can donate in Online Banking or the Wescom Mobile App and non-members can donate by visiting wescom.org. Wescom Credit Union will match up to $50,000 of total donations.
Last year, members generously contributed more than $72,000 and the Credit Union matched with an additional $50,000 to get food to those in our communities – donating more the $122,000.
The Foundation hopes to surpass last year’s contribution amount with the help of Wescom members and communities to help build better lives for Southern Californians during the holiday season.
