For the third consecutive year in a row, the Wescom Foundation is hosting a holiday donation drive from November 1, 2022 through November 29, 2022 to support the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Second Harvest Food Bank Orange County, Feeding America Riverside | San Bernardino, and Food Share of Ventura County. In recognition that many Southern Californians still face food insecurity and struggle to meet their basic needs, Wescom Credit Union will match up to $50,000 of total donations.
To help put food on the tables of those in need, especially during the holidays, Wescom members can donate in Online Banking or the Wescom Mobile Banking App and non-members can donate by visiting wescom.org/donate. One-hundred percent of all donations will directly support the designated food banks.
Last year, members generously contributed more than $38,000 and the Credit Union matched with an additional $50,000 to get food to those in our communities — donating more the $88,000.
The Foundation hopes to surpass last year's contribution amount with the help of Wescom members and communities to help build better lives for Southern Californians during this holiday season.
