Tax Day is right around the corner: April 18, 2023. No matter if you have already filed your taxes or not, we have complied a list of helpful tips to relieve your tax season stress.

  1. Get your refund faster. Make sure to add direct deposit account details to the refund section of your IRS tax form. Plus, Wescom members may receive their direct deposit funds up to two days sooner than before.* Learn more.
  2. Routing and account numbers. Wescom Credit Union’s routing number is 322079353. Our routing number and your account number can also be found in Online Banking or the mobile app. You’ll need these to set up direct deposits. Our routing number is also located in the lower left-hand corner of your personal checks.
  3. Contribute to your IRA. By contributing to your 2022 Individual Retirement Account (IRA) by April 18, 2023, you may reduce your taxes (consult a tax advisor) – plus, you'll be putting away funds for your retirement. To open an IRA or learn more about the investment options available to you, schedule your no-obligation consultation with a CFS Investment Representative.** Call us at 1-888-879-0558 ext. 5104 or stop by any Wescom branch.
  4. Set up alerts. Set up free Wescom Account Alerts to get real-time text messages or emails when your refund hits your account.
  5. Check your old address. If you moved recently, make sure to check for any missing forms or important documents at your old address.
