How Staying Connected Keeps Your Account Safe

Help keep your Wescom account safe with Card Fraud Alerts. Preventing account fraud is now simpler and faster than ever before. Wescom has introduced a new text and email alert system that will notify you of possible fraud on your account.

Step 1: Wescom will send you a text from 408-33 or an email from NoReply@wescom.org if we detect suspicious account activity.

Step 2: Reply to the text or email to verify the transaction. If you don't respond, we'll contact you by phone to verify the transaction.*

Wescom Visa® credit card and debit cardholders are automatically enrolled in this service.

To ensure you’re getting these important security texts and emails, stay connected with Wescom. Please confirm that your contact information is up-to-date in eBranch. Just sign in, select the gear icon at the top right, and select "Change Contact Information".

Please note that Wescom will never ask you to enter your personal information via text or email. If the message asks for your Social Security number, PIN, account number, or card number, delete the message without responding.
