Understanding that our members have different needs and spending habits, we released a new lineup of credit cards so members can choose which card is right for them. For members looking for a low rate card, we introduced the Wescom Active Visa® Credit Card. For members seeking rewards for their spending, we improved our Wescom MyRewards Visa Credit Card with increased point redemption value and rewards options. The new Wescom Bruin Edge and Bruin Choice Visa Credit Cards are specially designed for UCLA alumni, students, faculty and staff, fans, and supporters to reflect Bruin pride and the Bruin experience. The cards feature a customized UCLA rewards program, which allows cardholders to win special access to UCLA events and experiences and earn rewards points at select UCLA and Rose Bowl Stadium stores redeemable for everything from cash back to charity options. Our new credit card portfolio not only supports our efforts toward continuous improvement for our members, but it also helps keep Wescom competitive in today’s market so we can continue to serve you and add value to your overall membership with us.

Continuing our support of the UCLA community, Wescom has been named the Official Banking Partner of the UCLA Alumni Association. The new designation includes the Wescom Foundation UCLA Alumni Diversity Network Scholarship Program, support of the UCLA Alumni Career Program, and the introduction of the two Bruin credit cards. For more than six years, Wescom has been helping Bruins build better financial futures by providing competitive financial products and services, offering an on-campus branch, as well as online and mobile banking. Earlier this year we redesigned our mobile app and website – and the new Online Banking is an extension of this enhancement to help improve your digital banking experience. Through a new and improved design, updated and intuitive navigation, added customization options, and larger fonts, our goal is to make it easier for you to perform your day-to-day transactions with this new online tool that emulates our new wescom.org main website.
